Returns & Refunds
Returns
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items.
- In order to qualify for a return:
- You must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery.
- Items returned must be in all original packaging (tags and box included).
- Items must be returned to us within thirty (30) days of delivery.
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
All engraved and customized items, gift cards and store credits are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on Sale
- Items purchased during Sales Events
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. For returns due to defect or if proven fake, we will refund the return shipping cost. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.
Exchanges
Need to exchange something within 30 days of delivery? Just have your order confirmation email, gift card or gift receipt ready and send us an email at hello@aulanagold.com.
Please note all exchange requests will need to meet the same qualifications listed in our Return Policy.
Refunds
If your return is accepted, we will process it in within 7-10 business days from when we receive it. Do watch out for a confirmation email and keep in mind that your credit card may take another 2-10 business days after return processing before reflecting on your account balance.
We require a signature upon delivery to ensure your items arrive safely. If you suspect tampering with your package, please reject delivery and refrain from signing to retain eligibility for replacements and/or refunds. No coverage is provided once the shipment is signed for.
Cancellations
Customer-initiated cancellations or returns which are not due to factory defect/damage will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, whichever form of payment was originally used to place the order. Alternatively, customers can opt to receive a 100% refund in the form of a gift card, which can be used for future purchases. Please note that this policy applies to cancellations made after the order has been processed. Thank you for your understanding.
Custom Order Policy
- Custom pieces are final sale.
- Production takes a minimum of 3 weeks, excluding shipping. Please note that delays may occur during peak or holiday seasons.
Exchange/Resale Policy:
We allow customers to sell or exchange our custom jewelry based on the daily price of the precious metal, minus a 10% fee.
Preview & Adjustments:
We will send photos and videos of the pieces before shipping. If any adjustments are needed, please inform us. Adjustment fees may apply depending on the extent of changes from the original design.
