How long does it take to get my jewelry?
We know you’re excited to get your jewelry. We are, too! AuLANA pieces are sourced and crafted from respected jewelers in Dubai, Japan, HongKong, and Philippines. Before shipping, our fulfillment team thoroughly examines and verifies each piece of 18K solid gold jewelry to ensure its quality and authenticity.
For ready to ship pieces, please allow 3-5 business days for processing, plus shipping time. For made to order pieces, please allow 10-15 business days for processing, plus shipping time. As soon as your order ships, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email.

Can I update or cancel my order? How about changing the shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped, we can edit the shipping address. Email us at hello@aulanagold.com with the updated address as soon as possible.
We are unable to edit a billing address once an order has been placed.
How can I track my order?
Click "Track My Order" in your shipping confirmation email, or log into your account at aulanagold.com. Please note that it can take 1-2 business days for a tracking number to show movement.
How do I know if an item is out of stock?
We do our best to ensure that items online are in stock. However, because we don’t manufacture in bulk, sometimes ready to ship pieces can go out of stock. If an item is unavailable, the product page will have an expected back in stock date. A member of our team will reach out to you via email as soon as possible if an item in your order is out of stock.

I think my package is lost. What should I do?
If you think your package is lost, email us at hello@aulanagold.com right away with your order number and we'll try our best to help resolve the issue. Please note that AuLANA is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Be sure to check with your neighbors or building front desk to see if they may have your package.
Are all of your pieces made with 18k solid gold?
All of our yellow gold pieces are made with 18k solid gold (not plated, filled or vermeil).
Do you make custom jewelry?

Why do you include the gold weight of each piece in product details?
Information regarding the weights and worth of precious metals is rarely made public. This lack of openness allows contemporary jewelry companies to generate profits of up to 80% of the original purchase price, contributing to the depreciation of jewelry's value over time. Gold objects are typically weighed in troy ounces, and the global price per ounce of gold remains consistent worldwide.
Please note that some products may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other Products may be represented at a larger size than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
Some AuLANA pieces are individually crafted and finished by hand. You may notice slight differences from what is depicted on the photos. The physical weight of some pieces may differ slightly from from their advertised weight, which is the average weight of the inventory for the specific design. There may be a weight variance of up to +/- 0.5 grams per design.
